Stephan Theis

Senior Technical Manager

Stephan is an expert in corporate jet maintenance and operations. His skills ensure that client’s expectations are surpassed – from the quality of the finished cabin to the flawless new livery and on to the thoroughness of the document package. He has a deep understanding of VVIP cabin outfitting, allowing him to identify aesthetic issues and quality shortfalls, and recommend practical solutions. His first-hand experience operating and maintaining corporate jets is apparent in his reviews of technical drawings and documents, which inevitably identify shortfalls that can be resolved early in the program to minimise cost and schedule impact.

He has worked for highly respected European corporate jet operators, maintenance organisations and asset management companies, gaining a reputation for consistent high-standard work as an EASA B1 licence holder, inspector and technical asset manager. His recent work includes performing cabin completion and modification program oversight of a BBJ787 VVIP aircraft and providing technical and quality guidance services during the outfitting of Boeing BBJ787 and BBJ747-8 aircraft.

Stephan has extensive experience in Bombardier business jets and Airbus ACJ and Boeing BBJ VVIP corporate aircraft.
