Tracey brings over 30 years’ experience in corporate aviation, combining a keen analytical mind with a practical approach to process improvement.  She has developed deep expertise in managing Part 21 and Part 145 procurement and logistics, ensuring  that every project is executed with precision and cost effectiveness.  Her background in overseeing major completion projects has equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of the technical and commercial challenges faced by the industry. 

Having held senior roles at two prominent European Completion and MRO centres, Tracey has consistently demonstrated her ability to drive change through innovative process development and robust project management. Her leadership is defined by a commitment to clear communication and the creation of efficient, cross-divisional workflows that support both immediate operational needs and long-term strategic goals. 

Tracey’s wide-ranging network including key relationships with customers, vendors and major OEMs demonstrates her ability to provide wide-ranging, expert advice.  This makes her an invaluable member of the Camber team, in their commitment to providing excellence for their clients.
